By using Motionibiosur services, you agree to these terms and conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our party styling services

These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts

Motionibiosur provides party styling services, luxury packaging, and gift certificates

All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time

Bookings require a deposit to secure your event date

Full payment is due before the event date as specified in your agreement

Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and other agreed methods

All prices are in GBP (British Pound Sterling) unless otherwise stated

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund minus deposit

Cancellations within 14 days are subject to our cancellation terms

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of cancellation

Motionibiosur is not liable for damages beyond the value of services provided

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
