Returns and Refunds

Motionibiosur accepts returns on unused packaging products within 14 days of purchase

Products must be in original condition with all packaging intact

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Party styling services can be cancelled according to our booking terms

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund minus deposit

Late cancellations may be subject to additional fees

Gift certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another recipient

Certificates are valid for 12 months from date of purchase

Expired certificates cannot be refunded or extended

To initiate a return, contact us with your order details

We will provide return instructions and a return authorization number

Please include all original packaging and documentation

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive returned items

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed

All refunds are processed in GBP (British Pound Sterling)
